Should the company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement visa or refund of all fees paid and the company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to: lost profits/income, lost airfares.

It has been specifically designed to provide the Client with a preliminary assessment of his / her ability to satisfy the Visa criteria for the Client’s selected visa/permit type. Use of this assessment should not be taken as legal advice and should be taken only for informative purposes.

Barristercorp.org will use and rely on information provided by the Client in the provision of the Service. Barristercorp.org will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information. Accordingly, the information provided by the Client must be correct, including date of birth, qualifications and work history, contact details, etc. If the information provided by the Client is not correct, the Service may not be accurate.
Any advice provided to the Client should not be used by any third party as each case varies depending on the particular circumstances of the applicant and the applicant’s family. Such action will result in an immediate breach of our Copyright terms as set out above.

Upon payment, we will endeavour to have the Service delivered to the Client within the time frame provided for in the Service description. However, in certain cases this may take longer, depending on the complexity of the Client’s Profile and the uncontrollable timelines of the relevant government or embassy.
The Service also takes into account current and publicly available immigration legislation and policies. Barristercorp.org cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy arising from changes to such legislation and policy which are not publicly available at the time the Service is provided or which may occur after the Service has been provided to the Client.
The Client is encouraged to seek additional guidance from one of US Migration Lawyers and/or make independent enquiries before relying on the information provided as part of the Service.
Barristercorp.org cannot offer taxation, business, education or investment advice. Any information provided by our employees on non-migration related matters should only be interpreted as general information and the Client should obtain professional advice regarding these matters.

Barristercorp.org offers a selection of Services which vary depending on the country a Client is seeking to obtain a visa for. Services typically can include providing advice, consultations, filing visa applications, reviewing visa applications, providing embassy scheduling and interview assistance. By agreeing to these Terms, the Client permits Barristercorp.org to help assist with the Client’s visa application. The Client also agrees to not hold Barristercorp.org responsible for any delays in processing the Client’s visa application nor hold Barristercorp.org liable for any rescheduling fees, cancellation fees or other fines or fees from accommodation, transport, leisure or other arrangements, related to or dependent on Client travel plans.

The Client must book the date and time of the consultation by contacting one of our offices and speaking to a Client Services Consultant.
Any pre-paid fee will be forfeited if the Client does not contact our office at the booked consultation time and does not provide at least twenty-four (24) hours notice of cancellation. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the consultation, the Client can provide notice by telephone within the 24 hour period specified.
As the Client telephone consultation is a one-time exclusive engagement, no further advice will be provided at its conclusion. Any further consultations, either by telephone or e-mail, with a US Migration Lawyers are not covered by the Client telephone consultation fee. If a further consultation(s) is desired and/or required, the Client may choose to purchase an additional telephone consultation or another service.
Some services from Barristercorp.org include a complimentary consultation.
All clients are required to telephone our office at the assigned time.
If the Client has already paid for the telephone consultation and then opts to cease the engagement for any reason, without providing notice as stipulated above, there will be no entitlement to a refund.

These terms of use shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture or contract of employment between you and us.
You may not assign, sub-license, sub-contract or otherwise transfer or deal in any of your rights or obligations under these terms of use without our prior written consent.

We can only assist and advise people who want to migrate or travel to their selected country. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the relevant government department in each respective country. By agreeing to these Terms, the Client acknowledges that paying for our Services is not a guarantee of obtaining a visa.
You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date position in good time before departure. We regret we can accept no liability if you are refused entry onto the flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport, visa or other documents required by any airline, authority or country. Health: Recommendations inoculations for travel may change at any time and you should consult your doctor on current recommendations before you depart. Health Requirements for your holiday destination are outlined in the department of health leaflet entitled "The Traveller's Guide to Health" (T4). It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain all recommended medication and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip.
The User's use of the Website and or the Offered Service is on the strict understanding that the Website and or the Offered Service is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be relied upon when making any related travel or other decision. The information contained within the Website and or the Offered Service is provided without warranties expressed or implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website and or the Offered Service. Any fees paid to Barristercorp.org are for the provision of the Service/s listed on our Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Great Britain Pounds (GBP) or U.S. Dollars (USD). The Client is responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our Services using one of our accepted payment methods.
Our fees do NOT include other costs which are part of the migration or visa application process such as visa application filing fees, government lodging fees, medical and police checks, translation of documents, etc. As part of the Service/s which is/are provided to the Client, an approximate indication of the fees which form part of the process will be set out for the Client, together with clarification as to when these costs are due.
The Client agrees that all services fees are deemed earned once paid and subject to the terms of Termination of Service and Refund Policy outlined in this Agreement;

If your visa application is refused by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), we will refund the processing service fee paid to us as part of our money-back guarantee so long as you make a refund request via email.
If your application has not been denied but you would still like to request a refund for another reason, contact us. We do take exceptional circumstances into consideration should something happen that is outside of your control and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Our service fee refund covers the fees paid to us directly for processing your application, and unfortunately does not cover any third-party fees you may incur, such as credit/debit card fees or charges from other parties involved in processing your payment.
Refunds are always in USD currency. The exchange rate is determined by your credit/debit card company. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any differences in refund amounts based on exchange rate fluctuations or exchange fees charged by your card provider.
Any processed refunds will be credited to the to the card used for the original purchase. This is to protect your security and prevent theft, loss, or fraud. To request a refund from us, contact us via email with the following information:
- Full name;
- Reason for requesting a refund;
- Email address associated with the original purchase;
- The last four (4) digits of the credit card used to make the purchase.
We will credit your refund to your debit/credit card account within 24 hours, and once you bank has accepted the refund you will see the refund on your statement within 3-5 working days.

Barristercorp.org reserve the right to block your access to this site immediately and without notice if, in good faith, we believe that you have failed to comply with any of these terms of use.

Barristercorp.org is committed to providing its clients with the highest standard of service. Our complaint handling process is designed to ensure that clients’ concerns are treated seriously and addressed promptly and fairly. In many instances, we have found that the Client’s consultant will be able to help resolve Client concerns.
All complaints must be submitted in writing using the Client Feedback Form which can be accessed at http://Barristercorp.org/contact. All such written complaints will be acknowledged in writing. Upon receipt of the complaint, a representative will contact the Client in the next 3 business days to acknowledge receipt. A detailed review will be conducted and a response provided to the Client within 10-15 days. All clients will receive written notification of any investigation undertaken and the resolution achieved.
Our commitment to our clients is genuine.

No one other than you and us will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms of use, regardless of whether such person or entity has been identified by name, as a member of a class or as answering a particular description.
